How many keychains and stickers do you guys get made?
I do well selling online and am doing cons for the first time next year, but I have no idea how to stock for an in-person event.

Is there a split merch group besides fb and fb discord? I've looked and found one on mfc but you need to have an account for 3 months before you can join.

This is my first year volunteering, anyone have any tips that they won't tell you at the meetings? Am I going to regret this and never do it again? It's probably too late for me to change my department but what is the best department to volunteer for?
