I was using this guide: http://devcosplay.tumblr.com/post/63365140443/cosplay-tip-staff-spear-details because some of the details on the spear I'm not sure how to apply that on PVC pipe because the spear has a lot of stupid details and I'm sort of a perfectionist. So I have no idea how to apply things like that or craft things like that on PVC pipe.

Is there a tutorial that I can use for this or some kind of additional advice?
