pick something that will bring out (one of) the colors in your kimono. check these for inspo:

and dig around for outfits featuring h. Naoto's sublabel Gouk, which combines traditional Japanese/Asian style with goth/punk/cyber. i think Kawaii Pateen also has a video or two of gothic kimono looks.

if you have long hair, an updo with clips is probably the safest bet
