I have now installed a website blocker for the main offending sites, but it feels like a very paltry gesture.
I've been telling my partner that I'm gonna get my spending under control so we can save up to live together, but the more I feel like I have to stop spending, the more I want to.

I'd just disable my paypal but I still need to buy other people xmas gifts. This time of year is hard.
