I'm love the neckline on the middle one, but I don't love the layered sleeves even though I think they'd look nice with the dress. I can't stomach dropping so much money on something unless I'm 100% in love.

I really like all of those tights, anon! I'll look for something a little more interesting. Actually, I have the ones on bottom right but they're pleather, so I'd probably melt to death.

For the hair, debating between my real hair (looks like pic related, but blue-black) or my usual wig (straight black with blunt bangs). Normally I wouldn't wear my real hair but I think it could be cute in a halloween coord.

Not sure about the jewellery yet, but I'll probably use my the generic black bat bag.
