This is a little bit of an embarrassing question but how do I wear lolita in the rain?

I live in a literal desert where we typically get less than a foot of rain a year.
However, my boyfriend and I are going to Florida this week and I want to wear lolita.
Will the rain deflate my petti?
Should I worry about colors running?
Is it easier to wear a wig or risk my natural hair getting weird from humidity?

What are some things I need to look out for?
I also don't own an umbrella, so we will probably try to get one there.
