half shirring goes from 98cm max to ~120cm max
and only experience tells you where you stand when ordering online.
shirred neckline is a gem but rare. bigger busts need vertical space too.

just because something has shirring doesn't mean it's going to fit me, a tall (taller than average American male) marshmallow chan.
