desu as someone IN the vetting discord who participates frequently... it's nothing special or unique. the handful (literally less than 5) people who are outright banned spend a lot of time on here shitposting about how horrible and elitist but also ita somehow??? it is. they unintentionally hype it up to be some sooper sekrit exclusive clubhouse but it's just another space to talk to other lolitas desu. everyone is pretty nice and friendly, there's one seagull channel where dramu discussion is contained, and the discord is overall organized and well-moderated.

if you didn't get in or got kicked after getting in its most likely because you didn't follow the join instructions, didn't talk for an extended period (I think discord does some pruning of its own for that), or you're one of those like, 3-4 people that have been banned for being shitstirring nutjobs, like voldie and funkbrothers.
