After staring at the picture, Im thinking maybe shes not as fat, and its actually her pose and hunching over than is giving off the impression. So she needs to work on that.
The puff sleeves are doing her any favors either and she looks very broad shouldered, again with the hunching, too. And why the hell would you ruin the perfect OP with sticking a blouse beneath it? It can work in some cases, but not with this cut. IMO it doesnt look good.
Her coord while not necessarily bad, is quite bland and safe. Im not a a fan of the headgear. I like the bag. Shoes are a bit too sweet imo, but not inherently awful. Why would you wear white kneehighs with this though? Especially pure white socks, as Im assuming they are.
Attaching pic related of someone that actually looks good in it, because that other chick looks mediocre at best.
