Whether or not it makes you look umpy depends on your fat distribution and body shape. for example, someone hourglass or pear can probably hold more weight than someone apple or triangle shaped.

There is just as much body variation for 5'7 at 125. It's hard to say based on just height and weight what looks best on each individual person.
