I guess it depends on what's on his back? You could make a "spine" on his back, make foamcore armor/fingers that connect to the spine in back. You could also rig them in place with fishing line to the top necklace and bottom pieces.


Question for elaborate iron-on seaguls -- how would you do the motif on 2B's skirt? (Pic related.) I bought iron-on heat-transfer vinyl with the idea I'd scale, cut, transfer it all on the skirt... and my hand's cramping like a motherfucker after hand cutting one panel. I looked at cricut cutters, but they only cut premade basic designs, not custom.
