Planning on a Tokyo Black Cat Girl cosplay, and not sure if I should do a sweetheart top with boning, or do it with stretchy, flowy dance outfit type fabric and just use fashion tape to keep it secure. Unfortunately, there's not many ref pics of her outfit.
