Are Angelic Pretty petticoats worth their price, or am I better off buying an offbrand one?

Been eyeing this one on the AP paris site since I need a new petti. Don't mind the 129 euro price tag as long as it has very good poof and doesn't deflate quickly.

fwiw I live in Europe so with customs fees it probably won't be that much cheaper for me to buy a high quality offbrand one elsewhere.
