Thanks for the responses. Thought I had attached this before, but this is what tracking has shown since saturday. I mailed it on the 27th, it's been this way since July1st, so we're still at around 3-4 weeks right now. The buyer seems a little dim/inexperienced though. I've recommended that she talk to her post office, talk to Frankfurt customs and the only response I got was

Yeah, thanks kid, I plugged it into DHL too that was the second thing I did trying to find your package. I gave the buyer a boatload of info so she'll understand that she's gonna have to do some legwork because i no spreken zee doytch also fuck calling long distance. I found a form to ask DHL/customs to investigate so I did that earlier today too. The good news is that even though I marked down the package, she paid in a payment plan that enabled me to get a copy of the invoice matching the declared amount.

It just slays me that I have 5 years worth of 100% positive feedback on Lolita resale sites alone and this kid with 0 feedback and a completely blank lacemarket profile is sassin' me over delayed shipping.
