I want to get my jawline and chin reshaped, get a nose job to give me more of a button nose and put a bit more definition on the bridge of my nose, and to do something to make my eyes bigger.

Also I have a bit of a weak chin and want a tiny implant, and my lips don't naturally close when my mouth is in rested/relaxed position. So I'm a mouth breather unless I remember to force close my mouth and make a conscious effort to keep it closed. Because of these when I close my lips, I get mentalis strain (lip strain) on my chin (dimpling of the chin muscles). So I want to get all that fixed too.

I want to look in the mirror and not even recognise myself because I look so much better.
