(Nta) I'll say that both the Patisserie Pink designer and Kira Imai took inspiration from Salvatore Cernigliaro the woodcarver, since his work came before the both of theirs and they all basically have the same poses.

I don't think the OP has a vendetta, since I also saw these advertised somewhere the other day and thought they looked too similar to Dream Cat Go Round. At the very least they mentioned the woodcarver's name so we could know where the inspiration came from.
