You can usually make up for it by wearing long sleeves with fancy embellishment (nice lace, bows or large fancy buttons at the wrist), or wristcuffs, and painting your nails (or even do nail art). That's enough to make you look pretty decorated most of the time even if you're not wearing any bracelets or rings.
