I have a voluminous bob similar to pic related and all of the hair accessories have a band that pushes my hair down and make it look like shit. Or if they don't, they look tacked on and silly.

I just wear no hair accessory or hats. But I know people always complain about the lack of hair accessory on coords so is there anything that will look good with hair like this?
