Trying to keep it short

I sent her a payment reminder after she hadn't paid my invoice (24 hour terms). She responded shittily, trying to bait me and blame her late payment on work. I pointed out that those deflection tactics were shitty (well, I said 'amusing' and 'lolworthy') and asked her to let me know if there were any problems with the dress when she received it. She sent me these kinds of messages all week even though I never responded, then threatened a PayPal dispute if she didn't receive her dress Monday (yesterday). At that point I decided to just refund her, added a note in the PayPal note section for her to stop contacting me, and she continues to bid and buyout auctions. Had to refund her once more with the same kind of note that I was refusing service to her.

Like, if you've ever dealt with an emotionally abusive person, this is the kind of stuff they do in order to avoid being held accountable for their shit behavior.

Tried to keep it short, I've got like 4 more messages like this; just her kind of losing it. Hope that wasn't too dramatic.
