Sadly I didn't get my order.
>I ordered a pair of boots from Galstar's rakuten shop 2 weeks ago
>they got within my area last Saturday
>Checked the tracking that morning and it said undeliverable to address
>Went to US postal office that day and they said it still on the truck and they'd leave a note for them
>Checked back that Tuesday, they still couldn't find it
>Checked again Thursday, was told that my package was returned to sender on Saturday and the previous people didn't know what they were talking about
>Got a call Friday restating what they said Thursday and that there was no apartment # on address
And this is the second time I've had a package returned to a Rakuten shop. A few weeks before I ordered from Galstar I had ordered boots from Dreamv and the same thing happened except the package got stopped in Chicago( I live in Michigan) and were returned to the shop because the address was screwed up. And I know it wasn't me because my address was filled out properly when I ordered both times. I even went back and checked and it all looked good. So I guess I have to use a shopping service now because this whole process has been frustrating.
