/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I bought this dress a while ago for a Princess Luna cosplay. I want to add something black on top because the blue is a bit too bright for my tastes and I've picked out these four capes and boleros as my favorites, but I just can't decide which one of them would work best with the already pretty busy details and cut of the dress. Can anyone help me decide?
In case the photo isn't clear enough, the dress has a high neckline and flower detailing on the neckline and around the waist.
