This was posted a week or so ago.
I personally liked the fourth one, ignore the other ones.

I think lolita elements can be incorporated into traditional wear, but not traditional elements into lolita, if that makes sense.
(Just like that thread a couple of days ago where we talked about how lolita elements can be incorporated into punk, but we can't have "punk lolita")

There are plenty of good examples. Where most Wa lolita goes wrong is when bright colours and unflattering prints are involved. If it looks like a costume, it will look terrible. Understated prints, traditional Japanese prints, and solids (traditional colours for Japanese kimono anyway) work well for wa.

Some of these are old school lolita, sorry.
