Because it's the universal insult on this board that all girls get offended by. Because the worst thing you can be is not obnoxious, aggressive, rude, poorly dressed, inarticulate, haughty...oh no, clearly it's having fat that's 90% of the time disguised by a petticoat and blouses with sleeves. And tons of girls who browse here have admitted to mental issues regarding their bodies, or having ultra-critical parents.

Seems people like you get equally hurt when not everyone joins in agreeing chorus with you about hating fatties. Some people really do live and let live, and I've known exceptionally wonderful overweight people in my life. I remember a year and a half ago some girl thought she was being so smart trolling here and posting to fatpeoplehate. She picked some really unfortunate looking fattychan in crystal dream dome to compare herself to and thought she ruled that subreddit and compared herself to a princess. Pic related. Meanwhile she was a complete ita and had a fucking skrillex haircut. She also made the mistake of posting in different subreddits under the same account so everyone could see she lied about having some "doctor" bf while she was an unemployed nutcase in actuality.

That's exactly who I think is behind the kind of posts who get on with needless vitriol about a certain body type all the time. Usually they're not so great themselves and that's why they have to pick the lowest-hanging fruits to compare themselves to, and even then their personalities bring them down to about a 3/10 even if they're sane/pretty.
