I feel you on both accounts, anon, haha. I waited years for Elise Rose to pop up and was so happy when I finally managed to get it, the details are just SO beautiful on it, the cut is super flattering and the fabric is unbelievably comfortable.

I would agree with this... I would say the better comparison point for quality dip would be any of their older polyester (especially any that use that 'CD tropical' fabric) dresses vs the newer ones. The newer releases with that sort of fabric are noticeably more stiff, papery and just unpleasant feeling to wear than older ones, which feel much softer and drape more nicely. It's one of the factors that has put me off buying any further new release solid dresses, even if I love the design (like the princess seamed yoke one anon mentioned above).

I bought pic related because I loved how it looked in the stock photos but just found myself feeling very blah about it when I received it and wore it the first couple times. The fabric feels too crisp.

Can anyone recommend some Taobao shops that have a similar style to Innocent World? I really like Little Dipper but haven't found anything else.
