Not many people actively set out to do uchuu kei, it’s easier to track down lolita prints that you know by name rather than search for “dark uchuu kei”. Lolitas being lolitas, the coord often ends up being space- or stars-themed anyhow.

IW has this dress, plus astronomical clock. If you’re okay playing a little loose, Maiden’s Prayer is themed on starry skies. Angelic Pretty has Cosmic in navy, Twinkle Sky in navy, wine and black. They actually also have several non-print dresses that use star-print fabric, star-shaped buttons or star-themed lace if you’re willing to look. Aatp has flocky stars jsk. Galactic Journey to the stars is also space-themed, but it’s an anime collab so it looks less like galaxy and more like an anime print.

That should at least give you a lot of places to look for darker coords.
