They're just a Taobao reseller. I remember a few years ago I asked them (may've been their ebay) to check if they could order an Infanta underdress in a colorway that was out of stock on their site and the replies were pretty speedy. I was pretty new to taobao shit so I didn't know how any of it worked.

If you don't want to deal with a shopping service/ okay with a reseller, I think my-lolita-dress is a little better with replies / actively updates their stock. GlitzyWonderland feels like they haven't changed anything in years aside from some sock giveaways and sales.
