I'm a bit stumped, what is the best fabric to use for Tiki's dress and obnoxious waist bow? Obviously the cape and bow should be the same but what has good drape but can hold a shape?

I've asked other cosplayers what their fabric of choice was but they're usually super vague or "sorry, can't share my secret method!"

Kinda undecided on what direction to take with Tiki's dress. It looks like a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen (well, as far as the costumes I'm used to go anyway; typically a crossplayer and all) so I'm hoping something a bit heavier weight will stay in place better but I don't wanna regret making the outfit hotter than I needed to for a late summer con (granted, she's still not that covered and a lot of people will have it worse). Should I just nix that idea and stick with a medium-light weight dress like a lot of people do and hope for the best?
