It really depends on both the individual as well as the forces behind them (agency, parents). Some end up with low key careers in entertainment (newscasters etc.), some follow their older sister's footsteps and become porn actresses, and some just fall off the face of the media, presumably to lead a boring career or marry the first lucky guy and become a housewife.

At least there seems to be more emphasis now on their overall well-being and education that there was even 10 years ago. But even with the most caring agency and parents there isn't much they can do if the girl is a delinquent and drops out of schools as soon as she finishes the compulsory education.
