Oh my god, that sounds so awful. Where are you? I'm in the US, and never had more than one option to use as a forwarder, and they've been really good so far.

Speaking of my forwarder, I love how much of a discount the international shipping is. My 15lbs package + 45 days warehouse exceeded rent was only 62 bucks for DHL. Compared to how much my ss agents used to charge (at LEAST twice that) I'm really happy. Now let's see how much this holiday slows the delivery time down. I'm guessing it will be around 9 days instead of 5?

If you use an SS, I think most will make you pay it all at once.
