To me it looks like the darker red/black are one long sleeve hoodie, with the lighter red is just a vest over it (hope that makes sense, I'd be willing to draw it if you're interested!)


Does anybody know how what that one spain-ish type dress is called to make the bottom portion of pic related?
If not, any ideas on how I could go about making it flare out to make something similar to it? Thinking of making the shape and having a petti under
