Working on a Bondrewd cosplay. Work this week is going to be focusing on the helmet and whistle as they're the most iconic. Armor and gauntlets after that. Gaiters and harness with lights if I have time. The coat I have isn't ideal, but it's of the same basic design. I would have to do a lot of work to get the details down. Depending how everything else comes out, I might turn it into a larger project for future cons.

Thankfully, when you break his design down, it's relatively simple. The biggest problem is the manga doesn't have good images of him, the anime simplifies his design a lot, and fanartists sort of gloss over the details. I spent a weekend stressing over the color of his scarf. It's green in the anime, bot looks white for most of the manga. I went with green so the whistle won't blend in.
