I'd go for a MILK style coord for that skirt, given their skirts look to be made the same way, same length.

I'd pair it with a simple peter pan collared blouse in ivory or white, a pastel coloured cardigan (mint?), a necklace, a girly hair accessory (a bow barette or head bow), some cute ankle socks and whatever shoes suit.
