Wow anon, chill for just a second.
By "the basics", I mean she's got her chest and shoulders covered, she's wearing a petticoat, and even though she chose a crummy color she recognizes the fact that chiffon blouses are preferable in lolita over something easier to find (i.e., a t-shirt). Not to mention, she's practicing good overall hygiene too. She put a lot of thought into this coord, they were just newbie thoughts and she tried to cut a few corners which produced a crummy coord.
And for christ's sake, it's bodyline anon...nobody's going to give her a "free pass" for her "burando".

Also notice how you had to try and nitpick in order to make your case. Pic related is more the kind of mess that belongs in this thread. Please tone down the tumblr and try again.
