Several brands make a colour run remover product purposely for removing colour transfer stains. You can give that a shot. Alternatively, oxy should be pretty safe to use, just keep an eye on it.

Last resort is to dismantle the dress, bleach the lace white, then resew it again... or you could carefully cut a bit of plastic, put it behind each bit of lace and painstaking use a tide pen.

For other girls: wash your clothes with colour catcher (sheets or liquid) to prevent this from happening.
