Cosplaying this nightmare-inducing abomination. Wanted to ask /cgl/ for advice on two things, since I have the basic outfit already completed. How would you guys go about doing the cartoony eyes? Deliberated doing contacts but decided that really doesn't do them justice.

Secondly, does anybody know of any wigs that look like or could be styled to look like his?
