Are we talking about filling your waterline with white?

Or all uses of white on the corners and waterline? Because I think using pale eyeliner to shape your eye has been around like a kajillion years, and if you're pale or going for an alternative style, white is just fine... Exaggerated styles are always going to be love it or hate it, it's not a reason to say 'no one should do this'.

I like it most of the time personally.
