I own the long, double front one linked. In terms of boob hiding, it's quite good, but I'm only about a Bcup. I take my boobs and push them up and then outward. The fabrics they use are relatively rough, so you'll likely want a sports bra under it (I usually use ones that are slightly too small for me to help keep everything in place).

Like >>8191733 said, you may have issues with it rolling up or keeping your hips in check if your hip bones are larger. Padding out your waist and shoulders will help as well.
