For an Ishimaru wig - is that 'style' of hair being swept up/back something you can buy in a wig? Or an effect you can create yourself? Pic related: a way of doing his hair I really dislike.

I have a short black wig I can mess with, but is it possible to have the hair go "up" just using spray? How would you suggest be the best way? I don't know my way around wigs too well.
