I'm the "nice and patient" anon and honestly >>10357650 doesn't sound rude. If they paid for a product, they should expect the shop to make and ship the product in a timely manner. LK gives estimates of premades shipped within a week and 4-6 weeks for customs (iirc) but it can take months longer than the estimated time frame for something to be made/shipped.

I literally don't get why her shop still has customers desu. I stopped buying from her after hearing about other's experience and I'm surprised to see her still doing mini releases and selling out despite her trash customer service.

Don't do it anon, ALL's quality has gone down while her price has gone way up. Her ears have wobbly seams and patchy airbrushing, and are unevenly trimmed. Pic related.
