I've gotten a bit of sour replies over my helmet. I really don't want to remake it, but it seems far from what I'm trying to make. Is there any way to fix this helmet and save me the shame?

I haven't begun painting yet since I want to make sure everything is in order before I do so, so don't mind the helmet's blandness in color.

I'm using Aluminum and Paper Mache for the covering around it, with some spray painted metal to cover any scratches.
