I have pic related from magic tea party that's cute, but if you want a traditional or old school apron, cotton is best. I'd use 围裙 as the search term for apron and follow it with 'lolita'.
Martin of Clobba is a pretty great SS. Otherwise, yoybuy or another diy taobao agent if you feel confident.
sounds like you need something much sooner though. maybe you could modify a good looking maid outfit apron?
