basically, old furniture in light colors, and a lot of cute details in pastels (flower patterns and small animals seem to work with both themes).
that said, you'd have to forget about the weebiest part of kawaii and wood colored stuff.

Hey anon! I hope someday your blog is very successful too! Don't become discouraged just because it's small to start with, and remember to write what you enjoy writing about, it will be more genuine that way and if you really enjoy yourself other people will feel good reading it too. Blogs might be going out of style but if you post content that inspires people you'll be sure to get followers and people who love to read it. I'd ask what your blog is, but I'm sure you probably don't want people to know who you are.

I want to start a blog but I feel I don't have the time and energy to keep up with it, so I'm sort of proud of anybody who writes one and keeps up with it. I think it's a really difficult thing to do, because if you're serious about it you have to dedicate your time to it.
