As an oldfag, the difference between you and Animecon is that they acknowledge the issues within days, give the explanation and solve it in the following year. 5 years ago it wasn't anything different.
Abunai had someone here as well. I clearly remember that within a day of comments that there was no schedule, they posted it online. But they still get shit about how they screw up the hotelrooms every year.

But neither organisation starts publically taking the piss on another convention.

Point is: clean up your own mess before pointing to others.
