/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

So I'm moving to japan in T minus 10 days-

I got enough of my usual American products (make up removers, moisturizers, cleansers, that kind of thing) to last me two or three weeks once I get over there, but do folks have any good recommendations on japanese skin care products? Specifically make up removers, cleansers, face masks, and moisturizer.

I haven't gone to the doctor because it's likely only a sprain and i don't feel like paying $500 to be told to wrap it sn take advil which im currently doing. If it gets wrose then i'll get it looked at, but I'd be lying if i said the paun wasnt concerning. i'll probably still force myself to sew. Even hurt i dont want to let my friends down. Prop making is probably out of the question for the time being.

I do a few jobs.
I'm normally an English teacher over seas, but I had to come home for family reasons for a bit and my next job doesnt start till Spring (since thats when the school year starts in my next gig) so I've been doing odd work till then.

In college I got a side job writing and reviewing sex toys online, still doing it today. Weird job, but it helps me build up my savings, practice my writing, and its my primary source of money for my hobbies like cosplay. It doesnt pay super well (cent a word) but combined with my second job its more than enough for me to get by.

Otherwise I restock magazines for a family friends company, at least for the summer. I have a job lined up at a haunted house starting in September through October so not sure if I'll hold down all three at once or let the magazine one go. I really only need the two jobs at most to keep enough money going for my hobbies and pay for my living expenses. Thankfully things are pretty cheap since I'm staying at home with my dad right now for various reasons.
