First timer here.
A Plan of action to make the red sleeveless jacket that Red wears <--

1. Measurements, eyeball a front and back shape onto newspaper
2. Make cutting + folding adjustments to newspaper while fitted on body
3. ?? Use newspaper pattern to make muslin pattern
4. ?? Bobby pins + scissors to make further adjustments
5. ?? Cut final cloth - (chino?)
6. ?? Sew red parts together, sew white collar section + front zipper into place.
