What are some of your preferred methods for whitening your teeth? My next con is in about a month and I really need to get on that. I hear that using the activated charcoal method tends to work pretty well? I've only ever used teeth whitening strips in addition to my regular teeth whitening toothpaste, but it's been a long time since I've used strips and they can get pretty expensive. Any thoughts?
