There's a reason Nightvale was a target for Dashcon. It's popularity has grown exponentially in the last couple years, and tumblr's played a big part on it. It's a cool and surreal podcast/radio program thing... and it's Homestuck-esque following is a blessing and curse.

The fan arts pretty amusing: Lots of Cecil/Carlos stuff, and lots of various takes on Cecil himself. Some white, lots of ethnic Cecils, one's even a dog. WTNV fandom's kinda weird.
