I need some help identifying a fabric, idk if here or sewing thread is better. I'm trying to find something that matches the black and white fabric of a cheap chinese cosplay so I can make modifications and expand on it.

Both are kinda plasticy and melt with flame so definitely a 100% poly I imagine. Any guesses are appreciated, I am stumped and frustrated from ordering too many things and it not being the right fabric.
