To be honest, I don't know. But once at a con, I helped a guy put on his makeup&wig and realize his crossplay dreams and it was amazing.

I looked around a bit myself and arrived at the same conclusion as you - it's either expensive shipping, or no matching wefts.
But I'm actually liking that ebay wig you linked, and even buying two of them would cost me less than half of what I'd be spending at arda. I could even use the second wig to make that separate braid, and to practice styling the bangs once before I mess up the actual wig! So I think I'm going to go with that option, even if it is a bit of a risk quality-wise.
I'm Dutch, after all. Being a cheapskate is in my blood.

So... on a scale of 1-10, how stupid is putting clear-lenses glasses over prescription contacts? I mean, I wear glasses in real life and I like the look of them, but I also like the ability to change/enhance my eye colour.

ugh. I'm 27 now. Sometimes I get the notion that maybe I'm getting too old for Lolita. But whenever I give voice to that thought, every single person around me says:
