I haven't cosplayed in years, I wish I had enough time to actually have made one this year, I should have even tried to just pull a shitty closet cosplay or something. I'll be honest though I have never been to a con party at all, those two reasons are probably my problem.
I must have missed the Panty you are talking about Panty is almost always good tier and up, I also keep forgetting the gender ratio on this board, its pretty pleasant.
